Bathroom Installers

HIRING FOR QUALITY CONSTRUCTION WORK AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL. YOU MUST HAVE EXTENSIVE CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE PREFERABLY IN BATHROOM REMODELING AND A CLEAN DRIVING RECORD AND VALID DRIVER’S LICENSE. Shugarman’s Bath is one of the leading home improvement companies in San Diego and is currently seeking new and continuing staff members to be the face of the company to provide home improvement solutions to homeowners throughout San Diego, CA, and surrounding areas. Services include bathroom remodeling, bath replacement systems, walk-in tubs. Shugarman’s Bath is looking for skilled candidates to fill our Bathroom Installer Positions in San Diego, CA.

Responsibilities

• Demo of existing bathroom
• Haul away
• Any kind of construction work as it relates to the bathroom (Building walls, setting pans/tubs, installing glass, cutting panels, setting vanities, installing flooring, tile setting, etc)
• Preparing materials, delivering to job site, etc.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma
• Driver's License
• Clean Driving record

Experience Requirements

• 3+ years construction laborer
• Must be able to bend, lift, push, pull and reach for up to 8 hours at a time
• Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs at a constant pace
• Regularly lift and/or move objects 10-50 lbs occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 100 lbs.
• Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
• Occasionally required to sit and climb or balance
• Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus
• Knowledge on how to use tools required for jobs
• Be willing to undergo a background check and drug screen, in accordance with local law/regulations

Qualifications

• Require some more advanced carpentry skills like building walls
• Experience in all aspects of bathroom remodeling
• Light electrical
• Light Plumbing
• Extreme attention to detail
• Proven working experience as a construction worker
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to lift heavy objects
